  • With a 15-game MLB slate on Tuesday, there's prop betting value to be found all day long.
  • Here's are the three MLB prop bets our analyst has identified for today, including a pick for Freddie Freeman of the Dodgers.

Yesterday, the Guardians went into Baltimore and pulled out a 5-0 victory over the Orioles. Jose Ramirez doubled in the victory. Today, he is in a good spot as he faces a familiar foe in Orioles starter Kyle Gibson.

The Athletics snapped an 11-game losing streak with a 7-2 victory over the Braves last night. They improved to 11-45 on the season and will send Jack Sears to the mound. However, that could be bad news as the Braves regularly beat up on left-handed pitchers and are heavy favorites again tonight. The value may be on Braves starter Bryce Elder.

I would call Freddie Freeman a hot hitter, but it seems like he is always on a hot streak. Tonight, he enters play riding an 18-game hitting streak. He may do damage once again against Nationals starter Jake Irvin.

MLB Player Props For Tuesday, May 30

Jose Ramirez Over 1.5 Total Bases (+115)

Cleveland Guardians vs. Baltimore

Jose Ramirez enters play today on a four-game hitting streak. He also has a hit in 19 of his past 25 games. This season, the power is down for Ramirez. He has just six home runs after hitting 65 combined over the last two seasons. However, he has still has not had much trouble hitting this line.

Ramirez has recorded two bases in his last three games and in six of his last 10. It helps that he is tied for eighth in the American League with 14 doubles. He also has two multi-hit performances in his past four games. He may have another with Kyle Gibson on the mound.

Against Gibson, Ramirez is 12-for-33 (.364) with three doubles, a home run, six runs batted in and a .984 OPS. They have had many battles in the AL Central when Gibson was a member of the Twins. Ramirez is also hitting .307 for his career in Baltimore, so he should be comfortable tonight. That may just help him record two bases.

Pick: Jose Ramirez Over 1.5 Total Bases

Bryce Elder To Record A Win (+120)

Atlanta Braves vs. Oakland Athletics

The win for starting pitchers has been devalued, but it can offer grab value in prop betting. The Braves are -245 on the moneyline tonight. However, you can take Elder to get the win himself at +120. This prop comes with more risk as Elder will need to qualify for the win and the Braves must hold on to the lead after he exits the game. However, Elder holding up his end of the deal should not be an issue.

Elder has a 2.01 ERA and 1.16 WHIP in 58.1 innings this season. He leads a Braves pitching staff that includes Spencer Strider and Max Fried (currently on IL) in ERA. He is 3-0 in 10 starts and is winless in his last four starts. That said, his last four starts have come against the Orioles, Blue Jays, Mariners and Dodgers. Despite that, Elder has allowed just six runs in that stretch.

Most importantly, Elder has pitched at least five innings in each of his 10 starts this season. He should be able to put together another quality outing against Oakland. The A's offense broke out for seven runs yesterday, but it was the first time they have scored four runs in 12 games. After scoring 12 runs on Sunday, the Braves' bats were late arriving to Oakland, but they are still fourth in the league in runs scored. Oakland starter Jack Sears has a 4.70 ERA this season. As long as the Braves push across a few runs before looking to the bullpen, Elder should be the winning pitcher.

Pick: Bryce Elder To Record A Win

Freddie Freeman Over 1.5 Total Bases (-110)

Washington Nationals vs. Los Angeles Dodgers

In his last start, I faded Jake Irvin against Juan Soto, but he walked him in two plate appearances among Soto's four on the day. However, Irvin has still surrendered all three of his home runs to left-handed hitters in addition to a .848 OPS. Tonight, he faces another dangerous left-handed hitter in Freddie Freeman.

The Dodgers first baseman is hitting .333 with nine home runs, 34 runs batted in and a .980 OPS. He ranks fourth in the major leagues in both batting average and OPS. In the month of May, he is hitting .377 with five home runs, 25 runs batted in and a 1.141 OPS. As a result, he has had no problem hitting this line.

Freeman has gone over this line in seven of his past 10 games and 19 of his past 30 games. He is averaging 2.9 bases over his past 10 games and 2.3 bases for the season. He may hit this line with another multi-hit performance. He has recorded two hits in 12 of his past 18 games. However, like Ramirez, Freeman is also a doubles machine. Freeman leads the major leagues with 23 doubles. Additionally, 33 of his 73 hits this season have gone for extra bases. We will take another one tonight to hit this over.

Pick: Freddie Freeman Over 1.5 Total Bases
