For my Wednesday MLB player props, I'll be looking into player props for Mickey Moniak, Quinn Priester and Luis Robert Jr.

Let's dive into my MLB player prop picks for the MLB games on Wednesday, July 23.

Moniak has a hit in nine of his last 10 games. He has five extra-base hits in that span, including two home runs in his last three games.

Moniak is up to 15 home runs on the year, and he's +500 (DraftKings) for a four-bagger today.

Against Andre Pallante, he'll have an opportunity to leave the yard once again. Pallante has allowed 19 extra-base hits, including seven home runs to left-handed hitters. He has a 4.71 ERA and 1.34 WHIP on the year.

Now he heads to the thin air of Coors Field, where the Rockies have actually won three of their last five games while scoring six runs or more in all three wins.

Like most Rockies hitters, Moniak prefers being at home. He's hitting .319 with 10 home runs, 28 RBI and a 1.028 OPS at Coors Field this season. He also has nearly all of his home runs and a .902 OPS against right-handed pitchers this year.

Moniak is hitting .476 since the All-Star break with four multi-hit games. He's recorded two total bases in each of his last five games, averaging 3.6 in that span.

Two will get the job done this afternoon.

Brewers vs. Mariners Player Props: Count on K's From Priester

Quinn Priester Over 4.5 Strikeouts

Priester has struck out at least four batters in five straight starts, as well as seven of his last eight. That includes the first two double-digit strikeout games of his career, with 11 strikeouts against the Rockies and 10 against the Dodgers in his last start.

The Rockies' struggles have been well documented. The Dodgers have struggled mightily of late as well, but they still have one of the best offenses in baseball.

I would make the case Priester has a much more favorable matchup today. The Mariners are 12th in strikeout rate against right-handed pitchers this season, but they're sixth over the last month.

Both Brandon Woodruff and Jacob Misiorowski have struck out at least five batters in the first two games of this series.

An interesting subplot is that manager Pat Murphy pulled both of them before they reached 65 pitches. While Woodruff went six innings on Monday, Misiorowski went just 3 2/3 innings last night.

The Brewers do have an off day tomorrow, but you would think Murphy would still prefer a lengthy start from Priester after six straight games out of the All-Star break.

That means Priester may get six innings today if he pitches well. He's gone six innings or more in three of his last four starts, while posting a 2.28 ERA with 30 strikeouts in 23 2/3 innings in that span.

If Priester gets 18 outs today, there's a good chance that at least five of them are via strikeout.

White Sox vs. Rays Player Props: Robert on a Hitting Streak

Luis Robert Jr. Over 0.5 Hits

Robert has long been a subject of trade rumors. Long one of the most talented players in the league, Robert posted 5.1 WAR in 2023. But he's had to find that form since. However, just before the day, he's hitting up once again.

Robert has a hit in eight straight games, as well as 10 of his last 11 games. In that span, he's hitting .351, and he's had three multi-hit games in his last four outings. After an off-day yesterday, he'll face Taj Bradley in the finale of this series.

Bradley has been strong of late, but he has a 4.94 ERA at home. He has a .254 opposing batting average at home, and right-handers are hitting .244 against him overall.

Robert can cash this line with a single to left field to extend his hitting streak.
