In Major League Baseball, hitting the 100-win threshold is the benchmark of regular-season dominance. To finish a 162-game marathon with a .617 winning percentage or better requires world-class starting pitching, elite roster depth, and a relentless lineup capable of surviving inevitable summer slumps.

Polymarket traders are currently evaluating which franchise will reach this milestone as the season progresses into its late-summer phase. While a few frontrunners have emerged, factors like roster health and the remaining strength of schedule could ultimately reshape the market.

Let’s analyze the odds as they stand.

The 100+ Games Odds

Currently, the Polymarket board shows that the Los Angeles Dodgers are projected to win 100+ games and right now they have achieved 69. With an implied probability of over 65%, the Los Angeles franchise currently holds the lead. However, their trading volume is significantly lower than other options on the board, indicating that substantial shifts in market sentiment could lie ahead.

The Milwaukee Brewers occupy an intriguing position that currently trades as the second most favored on the board with a 36% implied probability. Their discounted price opens a concrete opportunity: Not only are they a solid squad that has already secured 67 wins, they also seem to have a more accessible schedule ahead.

With 64 wins each, the Tampa Bay Rays and the Atlanta Braves are locked in a near-tie for the third spot, holding almost identical implied probabilities of 16% and 15%, respectively.

The Road Ahead: Strength of Schedule and How It Can Affect This Market

The Tampa Bay Rays face the toughest schedule ahead, followed by the Los Angeles Dodgers, with the Milwaukee Brewers holding the most favorable remaining slate.

The Rays play in baseball's most grueling division. Over half of their remaining games are against division rivals like the Yankees, Red Sox, and Orioles, all competing for postseason positioning. Unlike NL teams, the AL East lacks clear bottom-feeders, meaning Tampa Bay rarely gets multi-series stretches against sub-.400 opponents.

The Dodgers face wild-card contenders like the Diamondbacks and Padres, but their schedule is balanced out by frequent series against rebuilding clubs like the Rockies and Giants. While non-division road trips to AL East or AL Central contenders add difficulty, their overall opponent win percentage remains moderate.

Historical context also heavily influences this race. The Dodgers trail only the Yankees as the MLB franchise with the highest number of 100+ win regular seasons, achieving this milestone 11 times overall, with recent instances occurring in 2021, 2022, and 2023.

The Milwaukee Brewers appear to be heavily favored by their upcoming schedule. A significant portion of Milwaukee's remaining slate is packed with matchups against divisional foes currently sitting at or below .500 (such as the Reds and Cardinals), giving them a much cleaner runway through August and September.

An important consideration, however, is that the Brewers have never achieved a triple-digit win total in franchise history. The closest they came was in 2025, finishing just short with 97 victories.

The Dreaded Deadline

The Polymarket contract is quite clear: only regular season games will be taken into account. No tie-breakers or “game 163” will be included, so that leaves roughly 54 to 55 games for the main contenders to reach that coveted benchmark.

For the Dodgers and the Brewers, with 69 and 67 wins each, this means that they have to score 31-33 wins in the final stretch of the regular season, which translates to roughly a 60% efficiency. At this point, roster health and late-summer mentality boosts will be crucial.

For now, history and recent data back the Dodgers as the prime position within this market.
