The Big East Tournament gets underway today as No. 10 seed DePaul takes on No. 7 seed Seton Hall.
The Big East Tournament is expected to be one of the most exciting of conference championship week. There's something about Madison Square Garden and college basketball that always seems to provide fireworks in March.
Both Seton Hall and DePaul are likely going to need a deep run in the tournament to keep their NCAA Tournament hopes alive.
Seton Hall is 17-14 on the season and went 10-10 in the conference. The Pirates are currently ranked 63rd in the nation on KenPom.
DePaul was on its way to possibly being in the mix for an NCAA Tournament berth before ending the season with 11 straight losses in the conference. The Blue Demons finished 9-22 and 3-17 in the conference.
