Whether or not you were aware, bettors certainly have been, especially considering how much NFL Hall of Fame Game odds have moved over the past couple of days.

According to the Action Network's NFL public betting data, 71% of bets on the Hall of Fame Game total have landed on the under, so bettors are clearly banking on a lower-scoring game on Thursday night.
Additionally, the fact that the Raiders vs. Jaguars total has dropped three points since opening, and two points over the past day, indicates that oddsmakers are seeing respected bettors taking a position on that side of the over/under.
