When the Niners picked De’Zhaun Stribling in this year’s NFL Draft, it was widely questioned, but in the months that have followed, it seems like the front office might have made a sharp move in drafting the former Ole Miss man.
You’ve always got to be careful of reading too much into coach-speak in the offseason, but the drumbeat for Stribling has been loud.
It’s expected that we’ll see him line up in the slot against the Rams, which might see him getting a lot of volume with Myles Garrett hunting down Brock Purdy.
Stribling caught seven passes in his preseason debut, showing his reliability with his hands, and he has electric speed. He could explode in his debut.

Blake Corum Over 43.5 Rushing Yards (-110)
Rams head coach Sean McVay has been effusive in his praise of Blake Corum and has spoken of a high level of involvement this season. Last season, we saw Corum’s role in the offense grow quickly.
Before Week 8, he had just one game with double-digit carries, followed by seven across the remaining half of the season.
He’s very much become the 1B to Kyren Williams’ 1A in the Rams backfield, and as part of this two-headed beast, we can expect Corum to get plenty of carries and break the 44-yard mark.
In his last game against the Niners, he rushed 13 times for 56 yards, and since Week 8 of last season, he has broken 44 yards in nine of 13 games.

Christian McCaffrey Over 4.5 Receptions (-102)
We all know about Christian McCaffrey at this point — he’s arguably the best receiving RB in history. Aaron Donald isn't playing tonight, but the Rams defense is still formidable, and Brock Purdy will be looking to get the ball out as quickly as possible.
McCaffrey had five or more receptions in 15-of-19 games last season and looks poised to have a similar role again this season.
