David Njoku Player Prop: TNF Bet for Jets-Browns

Amid multiple quarterback changes and key injuries affecting the run game, tight end David Njoku has been a steadying presence for the Browns.
Njoku has cleared this line in six of his last seven games, including last week during wide receiver Amari Cooper’s record-breaking performance. Cooper is questionable to suit up tonight with a heel injury, but I love this spot regardless of his availability.
Since Week 10, when quarterback Joe Flacco took over as the starter, Njoku leads the Browns in targets with 37. And tonight should be a good spot to see some added volume.
Cooper, and the Browns receivers, have the unenviable matchup against the Jets secondary that’s allowed the fewest targets, yards and receptions to the position group.
Against tight ends, however, the Jets have been a bit more susceptible of late. In fact, each of the last four starting tight ends to face Gang Green have cleared their listed receptions prop.
I like Njoku to continue that trend tonight – my projections have the Chief at 6.5 grabs.
