As of Saturday evening, sharps had already taken positions on three NFL Week 4 games: Redskins vs. Giants, Buccaneers vs. Rams and Jaguars vs. Broncos.
In addition, a flurry of smart money has already moved the line for tonight's Saints vs. Cowboys matchup on Sunday Night Football.
But remember, betting limits are highest on gameday, meaning professionals will bet today's matchups right up until kickoff.
Using Sports Insights' Bet Signal triggers, we can track every instance of market-moving line movement in real-time, providing insight into which games are betting targeted by the market's sharpest and most influential bettors.
Odds below via PointsBet, where Action Network users can exclusively bet every NFL spread this season at reduced juice (-105).
As a result, we'll be tracking NFL Week 4's most noteworthy line moves below until each of today's games is underway.
NFL Week 4 Sharp Action Tracker
Chiefs vs. Lions
10:04 a.m. ET: This line has ping-ponged back and forth between 6.5 and 7 throughout the week, with triggers on Kansas City coming at -6.5 and Detroit at +7. This make sense since wiseguys bet numbers, not teams.
But with news of Matthew Stafford's hip injury, professionals steamed the Chiefs at -7, resulting in books posting this line anywhere from a juiced-up -7 to -7.5 across the market.
Raiders vs. Colts
10:10 a.m. ET: The Colts have all kinds of injuries on the defensive side of the ball, inspiring big bets to land on the over.
Sixty-eight percent of tickets are on the over, but they make up for 88% of the money wagered on the total.
Unsurprisingly, this number has risen from an opener of 44.5 to 46.5 at PointsBet, including a one-point move this morning.
Chargers vs. Dolphins
10:14 a.m. ET: Sharp money steadily came down on the Dolphins throughout the week, but the line apparently moved too far for some respected bettors. The Chargers caught steam this morning, driving the spread from -14.5 up to -15 at PointsBet.
Panthers vs. Texans
10:27 a.m. ET: After this line settled in at Texans -4.5 on Saturday, smart money hit Houston earlier this morning, driving the spread to -5.
Recreational bettors agree that the Texans are the right side here, as 67% of all bets on the spread are laying the points.
Raiders vs. Colts
12:15 p.m. ET: Not only has money moved the Raiders-Colts total (which I discuss below), but it just drove a spread adjustment with less than one hour until kickoff.
While only 45% of spread bets are on Oakland, those wagers account for 59% of the money, so it's not all that surprising to see the line hit Raiders +6, the lowest it has been all week at PointsBet.
