In Week 18, Blake Corum had eight carries through three quarters (compared to nine for Kyren Williams) in a game the Rams were treating like a must-win game.

While Williams is likely to lead the Rams in carries on Saturday, it might not be by much, if at all.

Corum rushed for 81 yards on seven carries when these teams met a month ago in a game the Rams lost, but it's highly unlikely that Matthew Stafford throws two interceptions again (including a pick-6), along with losing a fumble.

Those turnovers led to only 21 rush attempts for the Rams, compared to their average of 27.4 on the season and just over 28 attempts in wins.

I'm expecting the Rams to win easily, and with a backfield split that should be reasonably close to 50/50, Corum's rushing yards number is looking a little low based on my expected workload for him.

Pick: Blake Corum Over 40.5 Rushing Yards (-114)

Davante Adams is off the injury report from the Rams and set to make his return in the Wild Card Round against the Panthers. I’m assuming the Rams were playing it safe down the stretch of the regular season and that he’s closer to 100% with a low chance of a setback — but there’s still a chance he's limited.

My projection is assuming he steps right back into his full-time role at full health, so any sort of limitation due to the hamstring only helps the under.

This is an odd matchup where you have arguably the best team facing one of the worst playoff teams (ever) as 10-point road favorites. I do think the Rams win easily, and it’s a great matchup for them on the ground with Kyren Williams and Blake Corum.

It’s also a great matchup for Puka Nacua and the Rams' TE group; the Panthers have struggled against WR1s and TEs this season.

Adams tends to see a high percentage of his targets either downfield or in the end zone, which means anytime he does haul in a pass it has a massive impact and often sets up the Rams to play with the lead and lean on the ground game. When the Rams lost to the Panthers, Adams only had four receptions, but two went for touchdowns.

It's worth noting there could be some rain or wind in Carolina; it's hard to say how much that will impact playing conditions, but it’s still a downgrade compared to playing indoors in Los Angeles.

I project Adams closer to 4.1 receptions with around a 60% chance to stay under 4.5.

Pick: Davante Adams Under 4.5 Receptions (-125)
