Jil Belen Teichmann enters this match as a heavy underdog, but her form is genuinely strong. She is riding perhaps her best wave of form in recent years, as her straight-set victories over both Liudmila Samsonova and Magdalena Fręch in Paris can attest.
I expect her to show plenty of confidence on the court and stretch at least one set, which should give us enough playtime for our bets to hit.
Karolina Muchova is one of the dark horses for the title, having been a finalist at this venue, where she pushed Iga Swiatek to three sets. She is a heavy favorite in this matchup.
Karolina is tall, powerful, and possesses a highly efficient serve. So far in this tournament, she has recorded two aces against Anastasia Zakharova and five against Kamilla Rakhimova. I expect a similar output today. Therefore, I believe Muchova will comfortably hit over 1.5 aces.
Muchova also applies immense pressure on the return game after game, which should help us with our second pick of the match. Her constant threat from the baseline will likely force Teichmann into rushing her second serves. Therefore, I expect Teichmann to commit over 1.5 double faults.
Pick: Muchova Over 1.5 Aces / Teichmann Over 1.5 Double Faults

| Tamara Korpatsch Odds | +1080 |

Elina Svitolina can easily be considered the player of the moment on the WTA tour. She arrives here fresh off a title run on the clay of Rome, has climbed to World No. 7, and her tennis looks highly convincing.
She is mature, knows exactly how to navigate these major tournaments, and has become significantly more aggressive from the back of the court.
Her serve is highly efficient; she recorded six aces here against Anna Bondar, followed by four against Kaitlin Quevedo, despite the match being very short.
Tamara Korpatsch looks rather modest in comparison. She struggled heavily in the previous round against Xinyu Wang, though she did serve reasonably well. She is capable of holding her own service games for a few stretches today, which should prolong the match slightly.
Given Svitolina's serving rhythm, I believe she will comfortably hit more than 1.5 aces.
Pick: Svitolina Over 1.5 Aces
