Role
Contributing Betting Analyst

Kaufman is a veteran multimedia host, analyst, and writer with experience covering the NFL, NBA, MLB, WNBA, and college sports. He contributes betting and fantasy content to Action Network and Matthew Berry's Fantasy Life while also hosting shows for SportsGrid, Betting News, ESPN Radio, and New England Sports Network.

Kaufman previously served as a host for DraftKings, VSiN, and Stokastic.

Experience

Kaufman's career began as a play-by-play announcer, spending nearly a decade narrating hockey, baseball, and basketball games from the minor league and college levels up to the NHL. He transitioned to talk show hosting roles in Boston and eventually nationally, similarly growing his television anchoring experience from local sports news coverage to regional hosting.

Along the way, Kaufman wrote profiles, features, and opinion pieces for several digital and print publications, including the Boston Globe. When DraftKings hired Kaufman as its first in-house host, that changed everything. Fantasy sports and betting content became an obsession.

Education

Kaufman graduated from Syracuse University with a degree in broadcast journalism. He was heavily involved with the student-run television and radio stations on campus.

Betting Highlights
Favorite Bet of All-Time
Tom Brady famously said his favorite Super Bowl ring was "the next one." I've had plenty of wins (and obviously a whole lot of losses), but I'm always chasing the next opportunity to cash.
Most Heartbreaking Bet
We're not talking life-changing money but, back in Week 1 of the 2025 NFL season, I had a $50 bet on a football parlay that would've (should've) paid out $800. The final leg was the Ravens moneyline. Yes, that's the game the Bills historically rallied for 16 points in the last four minutes to win 41-40. It still haunts me.
