White Sox vs Blue Jays Preview
The Blue Jays' offense has improved in June and should be up to the task against Chicago's Adrian Houser.
After a slow start this season for some of its biggest bats, Toronto currently sits at 11th among MLB lineups in wRC+ with 106, and has done even better in June with 111 wRC+ to rank seventh this month.
Several Jays players are raking in June. Alejandro Kirk has a .348 average and a .959 OPS, while Bo Bichette (four homers) and Vladimir Guerrero Jr. (.500 slugging, .865 OPS) are also hitting their stride.
The White Sox, on the other hand, remain as awful as they have been over the past two years, if not worse, ranking 28th in the majors in wRC+ with 80, dead last in average with .221, and 29th in ISO with .123.
Toronto is a much better team at home, with a 25-15 record, and once they get past whatever innings Houser can last, they should be able to score against Chicago's bullpen, which ranks 12th in the American League in ERA.
This also aligns with the Betting Through the ERA Fog system from Bet Labs for our moneyline recommendation today.
White Sox vs Blue Jays Prediction, Betting Analysis
This system identifies value when facing elite starting pitchers. It targets games where the opposing starter has a strong ERA (0 to 2.25), which may inflate their perceived edge.
However, by backing teams with a slightly positive season-long margin (ATS margin avg 0.17 to 0.57), the system finds clubs that consistently exceed expectations.
Combined with a moneyline filter (-385 to -175), it focuses on favored teams who may be underpriced due to public fear of the opposing pitcher.
The edge lies in fading that fear while still backing solid teams.
