The Chicago Cubs thoroughly waxed the Los Angeles Dodgers on Saturday night by the score of 16-0 to even up the series at one game apiece. Now the Dodgers vs Cubs rubber match is set to take place on Sunday Night Baseball.

Colin Rea will take the ball for the Cubs, and Tyler Glasnow will oppose him for the Dodgers. The market has the Dodgers as heavy -245 favorites on the moneyline; the total is 8.5.

I was able to compile a 3-leg MLB parlay that pays out nearly 6-1 on your original wager, and if you head over to FanDuel to use your MLB parlay boost token, you can bolster that payout even further. Continue below for my Sunday Night baseball parlay picks for Cubs vs Dodgers.

Glasnow draws an excellent matchup tonight against a Cubs team that has struggled against him in the past. A few hitters in the lineup have seen Glasnow — they have struck out 15 times in 25 plate appearances.

Thus far in 2025, the Cubs have struck out the ninth-fewest times among all MLB teams, but that is not scaring me away from this prop.

When healthy, Glasnow is one of the most dominant pitchers in baseball.

He's off to a clunky start, but he still has 10 strikeouts in seven innings. Last season, Glasnow sported a 32% strikeout rate and a 31% whiff rate.

In limited action thus far, his metrics suggest that the strikeout stuff is still there. Given his start to the season, it is an excellent opportunity to buy low on Glasnow.

It's also nice to know that the Cubs' offense exploded on Saturday night, so there could also be an offensive letdown from them.

Glasnow will only need to pitch five innings to clear this prop; I am that much of a believer in his strikeout stuff.

This is chalky, but this is too juicy to pass up.

Ohtani draws a matchup against Colin Rea tonight, who may as well have earned a doctorate in luck in 2024.

Rea somehow managed to finish 2024 with a 4.29 ERA and, at one point, had an ERA in the low 3s. He gives up an insane amount of hard contact and does not miss bats.

He primarily uses a three-pitch arsenal: a fastball, sweeper, and cutter. His ground-ball rate was only 39%, and his hard-hit rate against was 42%.

Ohtani is matchup-proof against pretty much anybody, but he should destroy Rea tonight. He's 2-for-6 lifetime against him, with 2 HRs to put the cherry on top.

Ohtani should clear this with a couple of hits, or he may even get this done in his first plate appearance with an extra-base hit.

Against all three pitches that Rea primarily throws, Ohtani had at least a .410 xWOBA against them in 2024 and hasn't shown any signs of decline thus far in 2025.

Will Smith Over 1.5 Total Bases (+140)

I was surprised to see this prop at plus money, but here we are.

Smith has hit a pair of homers against Rea in the past and absolutely destroys fastballs.

I already alluded to how awful Rea is above, so you know this will be a plus matchup for any hitter in the Dodgers' lineup tonight. Smith hits lower in the Dodgers' lineup, which limits his upside.

Smith hits the ball hard and does not chase out of the strike zone often. He should get plenty of chances to do damage.

Smith had a .379 xWOBA against fastballs in 2024 and has a .409 wOBA overall to begin the season.
