Cubs vs Nationals Prediction, Pick
This is a great spot, and these odds are a bit too high.
Nationals SP Jake Irvin has been much better at suppressing power this season, but he's still allowed above-average home runs to lefties and was one of the best matchups in the league last season (allowing a massive 2.32 HR/9).
The weather should be decent for hitting, and this ballpark is a slight upgrade for Pete Crow-Armstrong.

Bryan Woo is a tough overall matchup, but he has splits that are larger than average and is a plus matchup for lefty power.
The Mariners starter has only been an average matchup for lefty power this season (1.13 HR/9), but he's due for some heavy regression and has allowed a career 1.29 HR/9 to lefties.
This ballpark is one of the best in the league for lefty power hitters, like Trent Grisham, and the weather should be above average for hitting.

Athletics starter Mason Barnett is a much better matchup for lefty power, but he still grades out as a plus matchup for righty sluggers like Junior Caminero.
This ballpark is one of the best in the league for power, and the weather should be great for hitting, with temperatures in the mid-80s and wind blowing out at 8 mph.
