Bet Labs' Rangers vs Royals Best Bet: Under Showing Betting Value
By Bet Labs
The "Silent Sharp Unders" system targets regular-season MLB games in which both teams are performing well, yet the total has quietly dropped from open to close. These are games featuring competent, winning teams with recent success, stable weather conditions, and closing totals in a common scoring range. Despite both teams showing strength, the market subtly favors the under — likely due to matchup specifics or pitching. By following this soft signal — when the public eye is more focused on win streaks than totals — this system finds value in betting against inflated scoring expectations.
Overall, this system is 1290-1030-92 (56%) and has generated a 9% ROI. This season, this system has generated a 4% ROI as it has cashed 55% of its picks (157-129-8).
Pick: Under 9 (-110)
Brit Devine's Rangers vs Royals Best Bet: Fade Corbin
By Brit Devine
It's taken almost a full season, but Patrick Corbin is finally starting to return to his old form. After a resurgent 2025 season, Corbin has allowed 13 runs over his past three starts, giving up at least three runs in each start and all of them in less than five innings.
Corbin has also been worse on the road this season and worse in day games, while the Royals have been playing marginally better as a team since the All-Star Break. I've been waiting all season for Corbin to regress to the pitcher he has been the past few seasons, and with that time looking to be here, I am going to pounce on the opportunity.
Pick: Royals First 5 Innings Team Total Over 2.5 (+100)
Sean Paul's Brewers vs Cubs Best Bet: Trust Milwaukee
By Sean Paul
The Cubs are currently -150 favorites, but I just can't get there. Are we underrating Quinn Priester? He's a legitimately strong pitcher. So is Shota Imanaga, but there's a pretty wide divide between the Brewers and Cubs offensively. I'm not letting the past couple of days change a month of results.
Milwaukee is the better team with a pitcher just as good as Imanaga. I'll gladly roll with what I believe to be the best team in baseball at plus money.
Pick: Brewers Moneyline (+115)
Derek Carty's Astros vs Orioles Pick: Value on Altuve's Home Run Prop
By Derek Carty
There is a value opportunity on Jose Altuve's home runs prop. THE BAT X is projecting 0.16 home runs for him with a 14% chance that he hits at least homer. If you can get the over at +950 or better, there is great value to be had.
