Rays vs Red Sox Preview, Parlay
We’re keeping it short and sweet: We’re backing Jonathan Aranda to record a hit tonight.
Aranda has now hit safely in six straight games. The third-year player is batting .326 with 11 home runs and 49 RBIs. Alongside Junior Caminero, he’s been one of the few bright spots for the Rays this season.
We like his chances to keep the streak alive tonight against right-hander Hunter Dobbins.
We’re also backing the Red Sox to cover the +1.5 run line.
Last night’s game came down to the wire in a 4-3 Boston win, giving the Sox another notch in the season series against the Rays.
Boston has now taken both series from Tampa Bay this year, and we like what we’re seeing from it in these matchups.
With this being a divisional game, we expect another close contest — possibly a one-run outcome either way.
