The San Antonio Spurs shocked the Oklahoma City Thunder in Game 1 of this year's Western Conference Finals, but the reigning champs have now responded with two straight victories. San Antonio is healthier than OKC, but the Thunder's role players are playing out of their minds right now. The favorite's bench contributions will likely be a major factor in this series moving forward.

Game 4 is set for Sunday, and we've identified some strong player prop options for Alex Caruso and De'Aaron Fox ahead of tip-off. Continue below for our NBA player props for Thunder vs. Spurs Game 4 on Sunday, May 24.

NBA Player Props for Thunder vs Spurs Game 4

  • Alex Caruso Over 10.5 Points  (-125)
  •  De'Aaron Fox Over 5.5 Assists (+104)

Alex Caruso Over 10.5 Points (-125)

The books are still underestimating Caruso. The Thunder's reserve guard has been unstoppable on offense in the third round so far, and could be set to take on an even larger role in Game 4.

Caruso is averaging 21.0 points while shooting better than 60.0% from the field and distance through Game 3. Now the Thunder will likely be down two key players for Game 4. Ajay Mitchell, OKC's third-leading scorer (166 points) this postseason, has been ruled out for Sunday. He logged just 17 minutes as a fill-in starter for the injured Jalen Williams in Game 3.

Williams is listed as questionable for Game 4. He is in danger of missing a second straight contest after logging seven minutes in Game 2 of the third round with the same nagging hamstring issue that forced him to miss two games in the second round and a large chunk of the regular season.

Caruso's calling card is his defense, but his recent offensive excellence has encouraged OKC to let him shoot the ball more. He's unlikely to start with Cason Wallace and Jared McCain in the mix, but his production isn't dependent upon whether he plays with the first unit or not.

Caruso has scored at least 14 points in all four of the contests he played at least 24 minutes in this postseason. He's averaging 27.0 minutes per game and taking 11.0 shots per outing in the Western Conference finals so far.

Pick: Alex Caruso Over 10.5 Points (-125)

De'Aaron Fox Over 5.5 Assists (+104)

The Spurs' floor general returned to action from an ankle injury for the first time in the conference finals in Game 3. Fox affected the game in a multitude of ways, posting 15 points, seven rebounds, and six dimes en route to a team-high plus-minus (+9). His distribution will matter against Oklahoma City's elite defense.

Stephon Castle leads the Spurs in assists per game (6.6) this postseason and boosted his stats by racking up 19 total assists in Games 1 and 2 of the third round, when Fox was out of commission. Fox was San Antonio's most effective playmaker against the Thunder during the regular season, though.

Fox paced San Antonio with 6.2 assists per game against OKC through five regular-season matchups. That's dead even with his average for the entire 2025-26 campaign. He's been slightly more productive at home, where he boasts an average of 6.6 dimes per contest.

The Thunder appear set to be down two key perimeter defenders in Williams and Mitchell. That will create an ideal environment for Fox to set the table for his teammates.

Pick: De'Aaron Fox Over 5.5 Assists (+104)
