Bulls vs. Pistons
Josh Giddey has been absolutely crushing it recently and rebounding at a massive rate. The Bulls guard has 8+ boards in seven of the last eight games.
Detroit is an average matchup for rebounds, and with a 2.5-point spread, this game should stay close.
Giddey is questionable at the moment, but he went through shootaround, so I'm expecting him to play.
I have Giddey projected to hit this over at a 57% clip, making this a great bet at plus money.
Pick: Josh Giddey Over 8.5 Rebounds (+100)
Cavaliers vs. Heat
By Kyle Murray
I'm going to Jaime Jaquez with a double-double in this spot. The Miami forward has been seeing some nice minutes without Bam Adebayo in the lineup.
We can likely project he's going to get the points portion of this double-double the majority of the time, right? 15.5 points prop. He's had 14+ points in four of his last five games. So I'm expecting that to be fairly easy.
The rebound side of things is where you're going to need some luck here. However, Jaquez has had 12+ rebounds in back-to-back games.
And this game presents a great opportunity for him with a potential G League-looking roster for the Cavaliers. Cleveland has announced Darius Garland, Evan Mobley and Donovan Mitchell will not play tonight, and Larry Nance Jr. is questionable, so maybe there will be more rebound chances for Jaquez.
So I'm going to take Jaime Jaquez at +269 for the double-double.
Pick: Jaime Jaquez Double-Double (+269)
Wizards vs. Rockets
Washington trotted Middleton out there for 30+ minutes a couple of times in October, but they've thought better of that plan this month.
The 34-year-old forward has averaged 23 minutes in his three games in November. Part of that is due to the Wizards getting destroyed twice, but Middleton played just 26 minutes in an overtime game against Detroit.
He didn't see the floor in the extra period, with Cam Whitmore slotting into his spot. The ceiling is probably 24-26 minutes.
Houston is a brutal matchup. The Rockets are also 16.5-point favorites at home.
Middleton will need this game to stay competitive to have a chance at more than 20-22 minutes. It's hard to see that happening.
Pick: Khris Middleton Under 15.5 Points, Rebounds & Assists (-115)
Wizards vs. Rockets
By Joe Dellera
The Rockets face the Wizards, and although there is significant blowout risk, I think we need to go with Alperen Sengun.
This is a plus-plus matchup for bigs, and Sengun is averaging 32.9 points and rebounds on the season.
The Wizards play fast, have one of the worst defenses in the league, allow the fifth-most rebounds per game, and the second-most points in the paint.
There is blowout risk, but Sengun is a minutes monster, and his rotation is still conducive to garnering enough minutes if that happens.
Pick: Alperen Sengun Over 31.5 Points + Rebounds (-115)
Nuggets vs. Clippers
Cam Christie has been getting a decent run off the bench the last few games and will likely get 18-20 minutes tonight against the Nuggers with a chance for more if this game blows out.
The Clippers guard has been playing well, scoring 3, 8, and 17 points in the last three games, and his shot volume while he's in has been good.
I have Christie projected to hit the over at this number at over a 50% clip, making this a good EV bet at even money.
