The NFL Conference Championship games are set and will be analyzed intensely for the rest of the week, but it's right back to finding the smartest college basketball picks for seasoned sports bettors.

There are just 15 games on Monday's college basketball odds board, and I use the word "just" relatively.

Few sports can boast 15-game slates that are also considered on the smaller side, but that's exactly the case when it comes to college hoops.

Just two top-25 teams are in action tonight as well, but that doesn't mean there's not value to be had, either.

With this in mind, let's leverage the Action Network's PRO betting tools to identify the best college basketball picks for Monday, including McNeese State vs. Texas A&M-Corpus Christi (7 p.m. ET) and Weber State vs. Montana (9 p.m. ET)

This isn't a game that will attract much, if any, public money.

However, the wiseguys are all over it.
