I think this line should be in the 30s. I don't expect hawkins to get 12+ carries and even if he did I still think he won't produce. This Pitt defense is very good. Granted they played Syracuse and UCF but I have always loved Pitt defensive scheme. For the past 4 years Pitt has been one of the best run unit defenses in the nation
Virginia Tech ranks 5th worst in conference in Offensive Line yards and 2nd highest stuff rate allowed. Pitt is 3rd best in conference in stuff rate and 2nd in defensive line yards.
On Film I just don't think hes a good RB. Hes slow and not Agile. Only a 2.62 YCO/A. Jeffrey Overton has a 76.5 line but one thing about Pitt is they allow explosive runs. They are in the 35%ile in Rush Explosiveness defense.
