These rankings are based on my power ratings, which help power our NFL PRO Projections — they account for various factors such as injuries and travel.

There are a few games this week that are going to be affected by teams not playing their starters the entire time. The Chargers–Broncos and Buccaneers–Falcons lines could move a lot if we get more information on how long Los Angeles and Tampa Bay will be playing their key names.
