We close out another Premier League season Sunday, with every team playing their final matches in what has been quite a campaign in England's top flight.

Leeds United looks to end an impressive second half when it hosts relegated West Bromwich Albion at Elland Road. The Peacocks are guaranteed a top-10 finish in the table, but could climb to as high as eighth with a victory.

Another fixture taking place with little to no importance features demoted Sheffield United hosting Burnley at Bramall Lane. This contest pits the 17th-place Clarets against the last-place Blades in arguably the worst contest on the final day of play.

Let's take dive into these games and see what could be in store.

Leeds Enjoys Respectable Return to Premier League

Manager Marcelo Bielsa and the Peacocks have had a great season after being promoted from the Championship. They've been one of the best clubs in the entire league during the second half of the campaign, going unbeaten in nine of their last 10 games.

Leeds has put together a 6-3-1 (W-L-D) record leading into this showdown with disappointing West Brom, which could not move out of the drop zone despite the hiring of "great-escape" master Sam Allardyce.

The Peacocks will surely be going hard after all three points, with full knowledge they can finish as high as eighth place in the standings. That would put them ahead of EPL stalwarts Arsenal and Everton, which would be a feather in this exciting outfit's season.

In contrast, West Brom has a chance to move into 18th place with a win and Fulham defeat, but that would provide pretty much no consolation to a club heading down to England's second division. The Baggies have gone winless in their last six matches, so there won't be much optimism when facing Leeds.

Betting Analysis & Pick

My bias toward Leeds might be getting involved here, but I feel like everything points to this match being a blowout for the home side. The Peacocks cruised to a 5-0 shellacking of the Baggies in the reverse fixture, which came when they weren't in as top form as they are at this moment.

Throw in the fact West Brom has just two wins away from The Hawthorns this season, and this really has the makings of being a rout at Elland Road.

For those reasons, I'm backing Leeds to cover the alternative spread of -1.25 goals at fair -120 odds via DraftKings as my top selection. I will also sprinkle a little on the total going over 3.25 goals. There have been at least three goals in seven of West Brom's last eight league affairs, leading me to believe that trend will continue in this meeting.

Picks: Leeds -1.25 (-120) | Total Over 3.25 Goals (-134)

Sheffield United vs. Burnley Odds

Can Sheffield United Triumph in EPL Swan Song?

It goes without saying this has been a nightmare of season for Sheffield United, which will finish in last place in the 20-team league and make the journey to next season's Championship.

The Blades have lost 29 of their 37 contests thus far, so they'll surely be looking to avoid that dreaded 30-loss mark against the Clarets. Sheffield United's advanced metrics will be forever scorched onto the retinas of their fans as well. The club sits on 30.7 expected goals and a ghastly 61.3 expected goals against, resulting in a -30.5 xGDiff and -0.83 xGDiff/90 minutes.

The one positive the Blades hold entering this affair is the fact they're unbeaten in nine of their last 10 home games against the Clarets across all competitions. Needless to say, that should give Sheffield United a bit of confidence in their season finale.

As for Burnley, the subpar side has been shutout in its last two matches by a combined score of 7-0 against Leeds and Liverpool. The most recent rout was a 3-0 defeat against the Reds.

Betting Analysis & Pick

On paper, this match pits two of the league's worst teams against each other in a truly meaningless. However, both clubs want to finish on a high note and end their season with a win.

This especially true for the Blades, who will be playing their final Premier League match for quite some time due it being relegated. That said, I fully expect Sheffield United to come with no regard and push hard for all three points at Bramall Lane.

So, yes, I'm backing Sheffield United via the Draw No Bet wager at +116 odds as my top pick. Burnley has been uninspired and downright awful in their last two games, so I don't see anything different coming from the visiting side.

I will also play the total going over the alternative number of 2.75 goals at -122 odds to spice things up a notch. There have been at least three goals scored in eight for the Clarets' last nine tilts, so I forecasting a similar result in this spot.

Note: If you can find a player prop featuring Sheffield United teen standout Daniel Jebbison scoring anytime, it would be worth playing since it will likely be at decent odds. Jebbison, who should start up top with David McGoldrick, scored the winner against Everton in his first EPL start two games back.

Pick: Sheffield United — Draw No Bet (+116) | Total Over 2.75 Goals (-122)
