Orioles vs Royals MLB Betting Preview
The Kansas City Royals are currently on an eight-game losing streak. If you had any action on last night's game, especially the total—which was set at nine—it was a brutal finish.
It was 1-0 in the ninth inning, and then Lucas Erceg blew the save, leading to a 7-5 final score. That was absolutely hellacious if you were on the Under, and equally frustrating if you were a Royals backer.
They’ve now lost eight straight, and things are clearly not going well in Kansas City right now.
They lost their closer, Carlos Estevez, at the beginning of the season, and Lucas Erceg has been struggling as well.
We'll see what happens tonight in Kansas City with Shane Baz on the mound for Baltimore against Kris Bubic for the Royals.

How To Bet My Orioles vs Royals Pick, Betting Analysis
I’m going to back a catcher who is likely designated hittering tonight: Carter Jensen. I’m looking for two-plus total bases and a home run. I really like his matchup tonight against Shane Baz.
Jensen already has five home runs this year. He has legitimate, top-end power. He hasn’t quite been an "all-or-nothing" guy this season; he has 22 strikeouts in 71 plate appearances, compared to the 12 strikeouts he had in 69 plate appearances during his brief call-up toward the end of last season.
I really like his matchup against Baz. He’s sporting just a 36% ground-ball rate so far this year, which is down 10% from a year ago.
He’s kept the ball in the yard thus far, but I think his fortunes are going to run out in that regard.
With the wind blowing out in Kansas City tonight, I think Jensen has a great chance to get ahold of one.
He’s likely batting fifth and DHing, and I’ll be betting both his total bases and his home run prop tonight.
Pick: Carter Jensen 2+ Bases (+141), Carter Jensen to hit a Home Run (+548)
