Tigers vs White Sox Prediction, Betting Analysis
By: Brit Devine
The Tigers should be able to cruise to a victory in this one thanks to huge starting pitching and offensive advantages.
Casey Mize has looked great for the Tigers this season. White Sox starting pitcher Sean Burke has had some moments, but he's a clear step down compared to how well Mize has been throwing the ball.
The Tigers' offense has been a little above league average over the last 30 days against right-handed pitching, while the White Sox rank last in wOBA in that span against righties.
With how good Mize has been, and with his advanced metrics backing that up, it might only take a few runs from the Tigers to get us across the finish line.
Pick: Tigers -1.5
