Bet Labs' Orioles vs Twins Best Bet: Weather Suggests Play on Under
By Bet Labs
Historically, the under is a good bet in this spot. With the wind blowing in between 5-35 mph and the closing total sitting between 6 and 11, the under has hit 54% of the time since 2005. That's a large sample size over a long period of time, so let's trust the data and go with the under in Minnesota.
Pick: Under 8.5 (-102)
Brit Devine's Phillies vs Rays Best Bet: Back Philadelphia
By Brit Devine
I'm jumping on this early as I am struggling to understand the line the books are giving us. The Phillies are starting the left-handed Jesus Luzardo, who is having a good start to the season with advanced metrics that back up his performances. Meanwhile, the Rays have been one of the worst teams in the league against left-handed pitching this season.
The Rays are rolling out the right-handed Ryan Pepiot, who had a solid 2024, but simply hasn't been up to that level this season and has seen regression in almost every stat that matters. The Phillies have also been one of the best teams in the league against right-handed pitching this season.
This line just isn't adding up to what has been happening in 2025 and should be AT LEAST -150 to me. I'm betting to win two units.
Pick: Philadelphia Phillies Moneyline (-134)
