The days in the MLB season are dwindling down, but that does not mean there isn't plenty of value on the board. Let's dive into the top three MLB player props for this Saturday's slate.

J.P. France Over 4.5 Strikeouts +110

While he's certainly been fortunate to work around some hard contact, J.P. France has been a pivotal part of the Astros surge in the second half.

He's provided great stability in the backend of the rotation, and tonight he will have an opportunity to shine against the Royals. Kansas City's lineup is very green at this point in the season, which means there is quite a bit of swing-and-miss with this group.

France is far from your prototypical strikeout artist, but the Royals are a team that can make him look like one. They have seven hitters on their roster with an above-average strikeout rate.

On top of the matchup, our Action Labs projections love this play. In fact, it's one of the top plays on the slate, as they have France projected for 5.9 strikeouts in this matchup.

Tyler Anderson Under 5.5 Strikeouts -145

Unlike our guy above, not much has gone well for Tyler Anderson in L.A. this season. He holds a 5.36 ERA through 24 starts and will face a much improved Tigers lineup tonight.

While the young Tigers' lineup has begun to show flashes, they are still very prone to striking out. Detroit holds the eighth-highest team strikeout rate in the majors, but even in a plus matchup like this, it's still wise to fade Anderson.

Anderson has shown over a long stretch that eclipsing this total is a challenge for him. Over his last 57 starts, Anderson has gone under this total in 68.4% of them.

That hit rate gives us implied odds of -216 that he will go under again tonight.

Clayton Kershaw Over 5.5 Strikeouts

Clayton Kershaw's ERA may still be excellent at 2.61, but it is clear he has yet to regain his form since returning from injury in August. He has not gone past five innings in any of the six starts he's made since returning, and his strikeout numbers are down in that stretch as well.

However, the future Hall of Famer has a tremendous matchup ahead of him tonight, and this is a great spot to buy the dip. Kershaw will face the Seattle Mariners, who come in with the second-highest team strikeout rate in the majors.

In addition to that, Kershaw's track record says he's bound to bounce back in the strikeout column. Kershaw has gone over this total in 56.8 percent of his last 44 starts.

That gives us implied odds of -131 that he'll go over tonight and presents massive line value at the current price.
