Blue Jays vs White Sox Pick, Betting Analysis
The Blue Jays take on the White Sox in Tuesday evening MLB action. Toronto will send Chris Bassitt to the mound to take on Chicago's Aaron Civale, and that's where the handicap begins.
Civale has been one of the worst starting pitchers in the MLB this season, so I will gladly fade him here against a Toronto offense that has been heating up as of late.
On the other side, I fully expect Bassitt to have no problems shutting down this White Sox offense.
It's also worth noting that the Blue Jays have won nine of their last 10 games, while the White Sox come into this one on a two-game losing streak with a 4-6 record in their last 10.
Pick: Blue Jays -1.5 (-113)
Moneyline
While I'm betting the Blue Jays on the run line, I don't see value in backing them on the moneyline with the juice we'd have to lay.
Run Line (Spread)
My best bet for this game is on the Toronto run line. The Blue Jays have a clear matchup advantage here over Civale, who has been one of the worst starting pitchers in Major League Baseball this season.
Over/Under
I don't have a bet on the total in this Tuesday tilt.
