The World Series reaches a pivotal point on Monday between the Toronto Blue Jays and the Los Angeles Dodgers, with the series knotted at one game apiece.

Let’s discuss my favorite Underdog and PrizePicks picks for World Series Game 3 on Monday, Oct. 27.

MLB Player Props: Best PrizePicks Plays

  • Tyler Glasnow More Than 5.5 Strikeouts
  • Freddie Freeman More Than 0.5 Total Bases
  • Ernie Clement Less Than 4 Hitter Fantasy Score

Tyler Glasnow

More Than 5.5 Strikeouts

Tyler Glasnow has been exceptional this postseason, amassing 18 strikeouts through 13 1/3 innings of work with just one earned run allowed.

His command has been lacking at times, but his strikeout stuff has remained intact as his velocity has remained up.

Toronto is not a team that strikes out often, but Glasnow is a tough arm to contend with, no matter what your team’s offensive identity is.

Expect to see Glasnow rack up more than 5.5 strikeouts against the Jays tonight, something he has achieved in both of his playoff starts thus far.

Pick: More Than 5.5 Strikeouts

Freddie Freeman

More Than 0.5 Total Bases

Freddie Freeman has not been himself in October, and is just 1-for-6 with a pair of walks through two games in the World Series.

He has been consistently getting beaten by fastballs and appears to be a step behind in recent weeks.

Freeman showed signs of life in Game 2 with a double and a walk, and he gets a favorable matchup against Max Scherzer tonight, whose best days are behind him.

I’m taking Freeman to grab at least one total base over at PrizePicks, something he has achieved in 8-of-12 playoff games in 2025 despite the cold stretch.

Pick: More Than 0.5 Total Bases

Ernie Clement

Less Than 4 Hitter Fantasy Score

Header Trailing Logo

Ernie Clement has been one of the better storylines for the Blue Jays this season and into October, as the utilityman carries a 1.034 OPS into Game 3.

Toronto has had a difficult time taking his bat out of the lineup against right-handed pitching because of how hot he is, but he is still not doing a ton of damage in the power department.

While Clement might be good for a single here and there, just five of his 21 hits this October are of the extra-base variety.

In 13 postseason games, Clement has achieved a hitter fantasy score of less than 4 in six of them.

Expect him to add another one to the ledger with a tough matchup against Glasnow on tap.

Pick: Less Than 4 Hitter Fantasy Score

MLB Playoff Props: Best Picks For Underdog Entries

  • Max Scherzer Lower Than 4.5 Strikeouts
  • Addison Barger Higher Than 0.5 Total Bases
  • Andy Pages Lower Than 3 Hitter Fantasy Score

Max Scherzer

Lower Than 4.5 Strikeouts

Max Scherzer is one of the best pitchers this generation has seen, but at 41 years old, his best days are behind him.

While experience and poise should never be discounted, Scherzer gets a brutal matchup here against the Dodgers.

Scherzer has made just one postseason appearance in 2025, striking out five across 5 2/3 innings.

He’s still shown the capability to get some swing and miss, but overall, that ability has gone downhill as he’s aged.

I anticipate the Dodgers running up his pitch count effectively and not allowing the right-hander to go as deep as he needs to to get five strikeouts.

Pick: Lower Than 4.5 Strikeouts

Addison Barger

Higher Than 0.5 Total Bases

Addison Barger has been one of Toronto’s most consistent bats throughout the postseason.

Still, the team seems keen on utilizing him in a quasi-platoon role, given his struggles against lefties.

Regardless, Barger has been excellent even without a Game 1 grand slam to his credit.

Barger draws the right-handed Glasnow in Game 3, and I see him notching at least one total base over at Underdog.

Pick: Higher Than 0.5 Total Bases

Andy Pages

Lower Than 3 Hitter Fantasy Score

Header Trailing Logo

Andy Pages has been downright dreadful for the Dodgers during their postseason run, as he carries a .093/.133/.116 slash line into Game 3.

Three of Pages’s four base hits this month have come within his last five games, so there could be some life.

However, Dodgers manager Dave Roberts has already stated that he has considered options to replace Pages due to the lack of production.

Even if Pages starts this game, there is an excellent chance he doesn’t manage to finish it, likely restricting him from getting to four fantasy points.

Pick: Lower Than 3 Hitter Fantasy Score
