Kevin Durant is in a really interesting spot right now. It has been an unusual season for him from a scoring perspective, as he is only averaging 20.8 points per game and hasn't really had a true ceiling game outside of dropping 30 in the season opener.
Durant even took some flak in a recent press conference for not being aggressive enough, noting that his presence just opens things up for his teammates. While that is true, this feels like a game where he decides to take a step forward and score for himself a bit more.
KD also gets that little bit of a revenge-ish narrative returning to face the Phoenix Suns.

From a schematic perspective, the Suns offer a great opportunity for Kevin Durant to get going.
