  • The 6-23 Hawks host the 12-18 Wizards (7:30 p.m. ET, Fox Sports Southeast) in a battle between the worst and third-worst teams against the spread in the league.
  • Using The Action Network's betting tools, we've identified how sharp bettors have bet on the spread and over/under.

Tonight's NBA action is quite limited. You know what they say, though — quality not quantity. Well, the four games aren't exactly going to be must-watch TV, so I guess we have neither quantity nor quality.

One game is seeing the classic Pros vs. Joes split, though, and it may take the cake for worst game of the night in terms of entertainment value.

In Atlanta, the 6-23 Hawks will host the 12-18 Wizards in a battle of terrible teams. Bettors are probably afraid to bet on either squad, as the Hawks own the worst against-the-spread (ATS) record in the league at 11-18 while the Wizards are a hair better at 12-18.

Not good.

The Hawks opened as 4.5-point home pooches, which is a relatively short line for the worst team in the league both straight up and ATS.

Just 32% of bettors are braving the Hawks, but they've been of the sharper variety.

Pro bettors hit the Hawks at +4.5 and +3.5 per Sports Insights' Bet Signals, which has caused the line to fall to +3 and even +2.5 in some spots.

Obviously, the Hawks haven't excelled in any spot this season, and are 1-3 ATS in games in which they've closed as fewer than 3-point dogs.

The over/under has also seen some professional attention. Three Bet Signals have been triggered on the over at 234.5, 235 and 236.5. Since opening, the line has moved from 235 to 237.5.

Our betting percentages reveal that the over is receiving 59% of bets and 82% of the money, which helps further explain the line movement.

This would be the highest over/under of the season for the Hawks, while the Wizards have had two games with higher totals — both against the Pelicans.
