Wizards vs Spurs NBA Preview

I’m going back to a Victor Wembanyama under 14.5 rebounds + assists against Washington on Thursday night.

While there is a chance Wembanyama rejoins the Spurs' starting lineup for this game, his minutes are still expected to be limited — likely around 26 minutes or fewer.

Because of that, I’m comfortable fading his overall usage, along with both his rebounding and assist rates in this matchup.

Wizards vs Spurs Prediction, Betting Analysis

Throughout the season, Wembanyama’s rebounds prop has been consistently set at 11.5.

That number dipped to 10.5 against the Knicks recently and again versus Oklahoma City, when it was well known he would be on a minutes restriction.

Now that the rebounds line has returned to 11.5, this feels like the right opportunity to go back to the under one more time before his minutes eventually ramp up to full workload.

Given the expected playing time and role, Wembanyama under 14.5 rebounds and assists remains a strong look.

It’s also perfectly reasonable to isolate the play and attack the under 11.5 rebounds on its own, which has become a popular fade in this spot.

Pick: Victor Wembanyama Under 14.5 Rebounds + Assists (-135)
