Massachusetts residents will soon have the option to travel to Maine to place their bets on the Minutemen. Gov. Janet Mills passed LD 585 almost two weeks after the State Senate approved the bill, finally legalizing sports betting in Maine on April 19, 2022. Sports betting is expected to launch in the Pine Tree State by Aug. 2022, in time for the upcoming NFL and college football seasons.
