Braelon Allen Over 71.5 Rushing Yards (-114)

With Breece Hall out and backup Isaiah Davis not recording a single touch, Braelon Allen played 94% of snaps last week. The Jets had a historically low amount of play volume last week, yet Allen still saw 14 rushing attempts and gained 59 yards.

Play volume should revert back to normal today, and while he might not play such a high percentage of snaps, it's very clear the Jets view him as an every-down player with Hall out.

The Browns have allowed the eighth-most rushing yards to running backs and the sixth-highest yards per carry to start the season despite playing the Steelers, Panthers, Buccaneers, and Jaguars, who aren't exactly the top rushing teams in the league.

Pick: Braelon Allen Over 71.5 Rushing Yards (-114)

Chris Olave Anytime TD (+195)

By Grant Neiffer

I know that the Vikings defense has been one of the best in the league and that Chris Olave is currently questionable, but I think he plays after logging a full practice on Friday.

The Vikings are blitzing at the highest rate in the league by a massive margin, and because of that, they are always susceptible to giving up big plays.

Olave has been hammered with targets this season with 10+ in every single game. While he only has one touchdown this season, Olave has five red-zone targets.

I think the odds should be priced closer to +160.

Pick: Chris Olave Anytime TD (+195)

Colts vs. Steelers

Roman Wilson Over 40.5 Receiving Yards (-115)

By Erik Beimfohr

Michael Pittman Jr. has been ruled out for this week (and multiple weeks), which opens up a huge opportunity in a smash spot for Roman Wilson.

Wilson has been a part-time player when Pittman plays, but Wilson ran 85% of the routes in Week 2 when Pittman last missed.

Wilson has been targeted at least five times in every game this season, and he's gone over this number in each of his last two games.

He has run the majority of his routes from the slot (61%), which is critical in a matchup with the Colts. They have allowed the second-highest yards per route run to slot receivers this season (and the 11th lowest to outside WRs).

This is a sneaky blow-up spot for Wilson.

Pick: Roman Wilson Over 40.5 Receiving Yards (-115)

Jacory Croskey-Merritt Under 54.5 Rushing Yards (-115)

By Charlie Wright

Jacory Croskey-Merritt has been one of the least efficient rushers across the league through four games. Among 46 RBs with at least 25 carries, he ranks 44th in yards per carry, 42nd in success rate, and dead last in missed tackles forced.

It's not entirely his fault as Croskey-Merritt also ranks 45th in yards before contact per attempt. Washington isn't blocking well, and Croskey-Merritt isn't doing anything to help out the offensive line.

The Giants are a solid matchup, but Croskey-Merritt has already stumbled against the Cowboys, Eagles, and Colts, a bunch of middling matchups.

Washington also has Austin Ekeler back in the mix, plus Rachaad White returned to practice.

Croskey-Merritt could lose work pretty easily in this spot.

Pick: Jacory Croskey-Merritt Under 54.5 Rushing Yards (-115)

Bengals vs. Dolphins

Greg Dulcich Anytime TD (+475)

The Bengals might not have the same historically bad defense against TEs that they had last season (when they allowed 16 touchdowns to opposing TEs), but they are still very poor against the position.

This Dolphins offense has been terrible, and without De'Von Achane, they are going to have to rely more on the passing game.

The Bengals defense can allow some points, and Dulcich is running routes at the 2nd-highest rate on the team.

I have the true odds on Dulcich around +400.

Pick: Greg Dulcich Anytime TD (+475)

Lions vs. Cardinals

Michael Wilson Over 74.5 Receiving Yards (-114)

By Chris Prince

This is an amazing setup for Michael Wilson and the Arizona passing attack against possibly the worst pass defense in the league in a game featuring a massive total of 54.5 points.

Wilson has been targeted by Jacoby Brissett at an incredible rate over the last two games (30 targets), and I don't see that slowing down anytime soon.

There have been constants with this Lions team in that we know they will score points and they have not shown the ability to stop anyone through the air, and they've given up some massive games to wide receivers this season.

The Lions have allowed a whopping 207.3 receiving yards per game to wide receivers through four games, and with the amount of targets Wilson is getting and such a favorable game environment, this is a bet that I absolutely love.

Pick: Michael Wilson Over 74.5 Receiving Yards (-114)

Christian McCaffrey Over 4.5 Receptions (-125)

Seattle has a great defense and a great defensive scheme overall. This forces plenty of check downs to the running back, as evidenced by them allowing a league-leading 121 targets and 94 receptions to running backs last season.

That trend has continued this season — they have allowed the fifth-most targets and the fourth-most receptions to running backs.

Opposing backfields have totaled at least five receptions in three of Seattle's four games. Last week, the running backs for the Chargers had nine receptions.

So, it's a matchup against one of the best pass-catching backs in the league who just so happened to play three games against Seattle last season and had reception totals of 6, 9, and 5 against them.

Pick: Christian McCaffrey Over 4.5 Receptions (-125)
