Yankees vs Reds Pick
By Kyle Murray
We don't have a lot of MLB data on Winans, as he's a 29-year-old making his season debut and has less than 50 big-league innings under his belt.
However, Winans has been the best pitcher in the minor leagues this season, posting a 29% strikeout rate and an ERA below 1.00.
Obviously, that doesn't mean that kind of success will automatically translate, but that data makes me feel better about the solid K% we saw from him in 2023 when he threw around 30 innings in the MLB for Atlanta.
This is also a good strikeout matchup, as six of the nine hitters in this projected Reds lineup have a strikeout rate of 22% or higher against right-handed pitchers since the start of last season. Plus, five of those players have struck out north of 27.5% of the time.
Pick: Allan Winans Over 4.5 Strikeouts (+125)
Braves vs Mets Pick

Acuña has been swinging a red-hot bat since returning, and he gets a great spot here against right-hander Paul Blackburn.
Blackburn has struggled with righties over the past two seasons, allowing a .389 wOBA and .234 ISO in 2024 and a .415 wOBA and .292 ISO this season.
Acuña has been outstanding against righties this season, posting a big .551 wOBA along with an impressive .324 ISO.
He has so many paths to success here, with power to hit one out, speed for extra-base hits or simply putting up another multi-hit game. In fact, he has 12 multi-hit outings in his 27 games this season.
Pick: Ronald Acuna Over 1.5 Total Bases (-115)
Nationals vs Padres Pick

There's a value opportunity on Parker's strikeouts prop. THE BAT X projects him to record 3.25 strikeouts, while oddsmakers are implying 4.06.
The model believes there is a 60% chance he records fewer than four strikeouts, so there's value on the under at +132.

Pick: Mitchell Parker Under 3.5 Strikeouts (+132)
