Mets vs Braves Preview, Parlay
The Mets and Braves kick off a highly anticipated series tonight. New York enters the contest on a three-game losing streak, but still holds a two-game lead over the Philadelphia Phillies in the NL East.
I love this buy-low spot for the Mets after they were swept over the weekend.
Southpaw David Peterson will toe the rubber for New York. He’s having the best year of his career with a 2.49 ERA. The 29-year-old has been a consistent force in the rotation and should continue his strong season by slowing down Atlanta.
Austin Riley is one player in the Braves' lineup who has had success against Peterson.
The former All-Star is batting .391 with three extra-base hits against Peterson over 23 career at-bats. I love this spot for Riley to deliver at the plate once again.
