Indy 500 Favorites

Alex Palou (+500 Odds)

Palou has been the class of the field since teams tested at Indy back in April, riding that speed to a pole run in qualifying.

On the Indy 500 edition of the Action Network's "Running Hot" podcast, host Nick Giffen echoed that Palou should be the car to beat this afternoon.

Scott Dixon (+700)

Dixon, who won the 2008 Indy 500 and had arguably the best car in this race one year ago, is the second-most likely driver to win based on the latest odds.

Pato O'Ward (+700)

At +700 odds, O'Ward is the only other driver with odds shorter than 10-1 to win the Indy 500.

Takuma Sato (+1000)

The two-time Indy 500 winner is unsurprisingly back in the mix as he looks to secure his third career win at the Brickyard.
