Warriors vs Suns NBA Preview
This is clearly going to be a Golden State spot. The Warriors are rested and really good when that happens.
The Warriors have been the sharp side of the market — I just think it's been pushed out a little bit too far at this point. We went from +1 to -2.5, and I just don't think it's going any further. But I definitely want to be on the Warriors' side.
So, not only are the Warriors rested, but they face an opponent that doesn't dominate the interior. Golden State is coming off two losses, one of them against the Timberwolves, who were led by Julius Randle and Rudy Gobert in that game, and can punish you on the inside.
The Warriors didn't even have Draymond Green, who's a small big, but a good one at that. And they also lost to the Trail Blazers, a team that absolutely plays with size and has Donovan Clingan, who's been amazing and has had a fantastic impact this year. Plus, Robert Williams was back in that game.
Now they face the Suns, and this spot is a much better matchup for the Warriors. They're rested, and I know they've been the correct market side thus far.
Warriors vs Suns Prediction, Betting Analysis
I definitely want the Warriors in this spot.
I would play them at -2.5 on the spread. I don't think we're going to see 3s and 3.5s show up.
I'm also totally fine playing it a little bit closer to tip-off. It is my favorite play of the night, matchup and market-wise, thus far.
Pick: Warriors -2.5
