The SEC is a conference with many great rivalries, but Georgia vs. Ole Miss would not be considered a rivalry by many. However, that perception may change if the series continues on its current trajectory. Over the last three years, the programs have split the last four meetings with the home team taking all three played on campus.
After trading blowout victories in the first two, Georgia rallied with 17 unanswered points for a 43-35 victory in Athens last season. However, Ole Miss got redemption in the Sugar Bowl as it knocked off Georgia 39-34 to advance to the CFP semifinals.
This time, the stakes are high yet again as Georgia enters as the No. 2 team in the country but also with a shocking conference loss to Auburn. The Rebels dispatched Auburn rather easily last week, but know a third loss would likely be detrimental to their CFP hopes.
Trinidad Chambliss is undefeated as a starter at home in his career, and he will need a big game to help the Rebels pull off a home upset.
So, here are my Ole Miss vs. Georgia picks and college football picks for college football Week 10 on Saturday, November 7.

Ole Miss Player Prop: Trinidad Chambliss 250+ Passing Yards + Anytime Touchdown
Georgia once again has an elite defense, ranking ninth in total defense and 11th in scoring defense. However, the Bulldogs will be looking for redemption when they take on Chambliss and the Ole Miss offense. In the two meetings last season, Chambliss averaged 312.5 passing yards per game, throwing for 263 yards in Athens and 362 in the Sugar Bowl. He completed 49-of-82 passes and threw for three touchdowns without an interception.
This season, some have expressed disappointment because he has already thrown eight interceptions. However, he has also thrown for 2,189 yards, which ranks 13th in the FBS. He ranks in the top 15 in passing yards, passing touchdowns, and QBR.
Chambliss is averaging 273.6 passing yards per game this season. He has cleared 250 yards in five of them, and all three misses were blowouts. With the spread being under a touchdown, a blowout isn't expected to be a concern here.
Chambliss' arm is even more dangerous because he can create outside of the pocket and make plays with his feet. Excluding sacks, he has run for 243 yards and is coming off a season-high 65 rushing yards against Auburn.
Chambliss has had to call his own number a bit more because the Rebels have been without RB1 Kewan Lacy, who is out again this week.
The senior tailback missed the Florida and Auburn games, and Chambliss combined for three touchdowns in those games.
In total, he has run for seven touchdowns and scored in six of eight games this season. Chambliss also ran for two touchdowns in Athens last season.
Georgia Player Prop: Gunner Stockton Anytime Touchdown
Chambliss was not the only quarterback to find the end zone in last year's matchups, as Gunner Stockton did as well. However, that also made me discover a couple of interesting Stockton trends.
Over his last 20 games, Stockton has run for a touchdown in just four of them—two of which came against Ole Miss, where he ran for three scores last season. The other opponents were Texas and Alabama, meaning all four instances came against high-profile opponents.
Now we know that Georgia can be pretty bland and conservative offensively when facing inferior opponents. However, it is clear that they like to save Stockton's running for big games.
In another top-10 matchup where Georgia should find success offensively, look for Stockton to be aggressive using his legs again.
Georgia Player Prop: Nate Frazier 50+ Rushing Yards
Georgia has had to go deep into its running back depth at times this season as the room has been ravaged by injuries at times this season.
Despite that, Georgia has averaged 200 rushing yards per game this season and ranks 15th in Rushing Success Rate. However, it is clear that Nate Frazier is the "lead dog" when healthy.
Due to a combination of injuries and blowouts, Frazier has only run for 298 yards, but he is averaging 6.3 yards per carry and has scored six touchdowns. Frazier has run for 50 yards in four of six games this season and in eight of his last 10 dating back to last season. This week's matchup sets up well for him to shine again.
Ole Miss is allowing 148.9 rushing yards per game. It has given up 160 rushing yards against Louisville, LSU, Florida, and Texas. The Longhorns have not even been running the ball that effectively.
Ole Miss is 97th in Rushing Success Rate Allowed. Frazier is one of the Georgia running backs who should benefit if he gets 10 carries or more.
