Chargers vs. Raiders Monday Night Football Prop Bets: Darren Waller & Austin Ekeler Odds Offer Enticing Payouts

Oakland Raiders tight end Darren Waller and Los Angeles Chargers running back Austin Ekeler are the two most popular players when it comes to Monday Night Football prop bets this week.
With a total of 51, bettors are expecting plenty of offense when the AFC West foes meet on Monday Night. That means two of the best skill-position players on the field are popular plays for prop bettors.
Waller, quarterback Derek Carr's favorite target, has only found the end zone once this season as the Raiders have spread it around to six different scorers. But Waller to score a touchdown at anytime on Monday Night Football is the most-bet prop of the week at +140, according to data released by BetMGM.
Sticking with Waller, the tight end scoring the first touchdown of the game is +1000 and seeing plenty of action. But Oakland's gotten off to slow starts, failing to score the first touchdown in each of its first three games.
For the Chargers, Ekeler is listed as a running back, but he's one of Justin Herbert's favorite targets in the passing game. After not catching a pass in Week 1 against the Washington Football Team, Ekeler has caught 15 passes combined in the last two games.
Bettors are hoping Herbert look's Ekeler's way often. Ekeler to catch at least seven passes is the third-most bet player prop for the game. With odds of +210, a $100 bet would net $210.
As for the game, most of the bets and money are coming in on the home team. The Chargers opened as a 3-point favorite and have stayed there all week. Meanwhile, there's been reverse line movement on the total. Despite 78% of the money on the over, it's dropped from 52.5 to 51.
