Six head coaching vacancies must be filled in the NFL, and bettors are putting their money on candidate across the board.

Odds to be the next head coach are available in certain markets. MaximBet in Colorado was first to post betting odds for the Chicago Bears, Miami Dolphins, New York Giants, Jacksonville Jaguars and Minnesota Vikings. The Houston Texans fired David Culley on Thursday afternoon. Odds were not immediately available for their next coach.

BetMGM also has betting odds available for each of the first five teams with plenty of action already coming in on the special prop.

Let's go team-by-team to see which candidates are getting the most attention from the betting market.

Chicago Bears Next Head Coach

Former Miami Dolphins head coach Brian Flores is reportedly interviewing with the Bears on Friday. Bettors are hoping he makes a good impression.

Flores is the +160 favorite to be named the team's next head coach. That short number hasn't chased bettors away, as more bets have been placed on Flores than any other candidate.

While most of the individual bets are on Flores, most of the money is on former Bear Leslie Frazier (+600). The other three candidates attracting most of the remaining action are Doug Pederson (+800), Jim Harbaugh (+800) and Brian Daboll (+650).

Miami Dolphins Next Head Coach

Owner Stephen Ross said he won't be the one to take Jim Harbaugh away from Michigan, but bettors don't believe him. Harbaugh (+1400) and Doug Pederson (+650) have taken the most bets among candidates to be the next Dolphins head coach.

However, the two candidates taking the most handle are Daboll (+300) and Jim Caldwell (+3000).

Daboll is the betting favorite ahead of Kellen Moore (+650), Eric Bieniemy (+650) and Pederson.

New York Giants Next Head Coach

The Joe Judge era came to an end this week, but bettors hope the team doesn't look far for his replacement.

Bills offensive coordinator Daboll (+350) is the betting favorite and most popular play in the early market. Most of the money and bets have come in on Daboll.

Only Brian Flores (+500) is receiving double-digit handle in addition to Daboll.

Jacksonville Jaguars Next Head Coach

It's Byron Leftwich and everyone else.

The former Jaguars quarterback and current Tampa Bay Buccaneers offensive coordinator is one of the betting favorites (+300) and easily the most popular play in the market. Over half the bets and dollars wagered on this prop are coming in on Leftwich to earn the job.

Alabama offensive coordinator and former Houston Texans head coach Bill O'Brien (+200), Caldwell and Pederson are getting the rest of the bets to take over after Urban Meyer's mid-season firing.

Minnesota Vikings Next Head Coach

We haven't heard about Kansas City Chiefs offensive coordinator Eric Bieniemy as much this cycle, but he opened as the favorite to be the next Vikings head coach.

That has flipped to Doug Pederson (+225), who is attracting the most bets and dollars in the market. Bieniemy is second in handle and tickets. He's the second-favorite on the board at +400.
