We had a rough go of things with Saturday’s two-team parlay that came from Premier League action, but our crew is back again with another interesting wager from Sunday’s small card.

The latest featured play has BJ Cunningham partnering with fellow analyst Jeremy Pond, with the pair focusing on matches pitting Norwich City vs. Leeds United and Aston Villa vs. West Ham United for the latest ticket.

Check out their detailed thoughts and in-depth analysis, plus what kind of price they’re getting on the parlay at DraftKings ahead of these showdowns.

BJ CunninghamNorwich City didn’t deserve to have seven goals put past them against Chelsea, but this defense is so bad right now.

The Canaries are allowing 1.87 NPxG per match (last in the league) and 16.11 shots per 90 minutes, which is 18th overall in the 20-team table. They’ve conceded 16 big scoring chances in nine matches (18th overall) and 17.89 box entries per match (19th overall) as well.

I know Leeds is currently without Patrick Bamford, but they have plenty of other attacking players going forward that can easily break down Norwich’s back line. Leeds is ninth in NPxG, sixth in shots/90 minutes and seventh in box entries. The Peacocks just haven’t been able to create many big scoring chances, but what better time to do it than against the league’s worst defense.

What’s troubling for Norwich City is their offense is just as bad as their defense, mainly because they haven’t been able to get out of their own final third of the pitch. The Canaries are only creating 0.69 NPxG per match,  plus they’re dead last in shots/90minutes and box entries as well.

Defensively, Leeds hasn’t been great when it comes to xG, allowing 1.74 per match, but the club is yielding the sixth-fewest box entries and fifth-fewest crosses completed into their own penalty area, per fbref.com. Leeds is also the No. 1 team in the league in PPDA and fifth in pressure success rate, so I think they should be able to dominate this game.

I have Leeds projected at -109, so there’s value on them at +110 on DraftKings and would play it down to +105 odds.

Cunningham’s Pick: Leeds ML (+105)

Jeremy Pond: You have to respect, if not love, what manager David Moyes and Wets Ham United are doing this season. The Hammers are fourth in the table, sitting right behind the mighty triumvirate of Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester City.

The East London outfit has picked up back-to-back victories against Everton and Tottenham Hotspur — both via 1-0 victories — and just sent Manchester City packing in the fourth round of the Carabao Cup during midweek action.

In contrast, Aston Villa has dropped three consecutive league games, conceding at least two goals in all three defeats. Things simply aren’t going well for the Villans, who sorely miss former star Jack Grealish (now at Manchester City) and sit in the bottom half of the table in 13th place.

That said, I’m backing West Ham via the Draw No Bet line at -125 odds via DraftKings and will make it my top selection in the second part of the parlay. Everything points toward another successful outing for the Hammers, who are unbeaten in their last seven meetings with the Villans across all competitions.

Throw in the fact West Ham has been in unbelievable road form of late, going undefeated in its last seven league affairs, and I’m confident Moyes and his lads can get a result at Villa Park.

Pond’s Pick: West Ham — Draw No Bet (-125)

Cunningham & Pond Parlay

Leeds ML (+105) & West Ham United — Draw No Bet (-125) at +269 odds via DraftKings.
