Updated Indy 500 Odds: Marco Andretti 8-1 to Win at the Brickyard (Sunday, August 23)

It certainly hasn't been a traditional lead-up to the 2020 Indy 500 (Sunday at 1:00 p.m. ET, NBC), but we can say that practice sessions, qualifying and Friday's Carb Day are now in the rearview mirror, meaning the waving of the green flag is the next time we'll hear engines roaring at the Brickyard.

Indy 500 Odds & Betting Notes
Scott Dixon, who won the 2008 Indy 500, will start from the second position and is the race favorite at +425 odds.
Pole-sitter Marco Andretti has dominated practice and qualifying since cars unloaded at the Brickyard last week, so it's no surprise to see his odds skyrocket from 50-1 down to 8-1.
Andretti is joined by teammate and 2016 Indy 500 winner Alexander Rossi at 8-1. Rossi is not only among the favorites to win on Sunday, but he's also our best Indy 500 betting value.
