Knicks vs. Hawks Prop: Josh Hart Rebounds
The Knicks travel to Atlanta for a pivotal Game 3 with their series against the Hawks knotted at 1-1. One player who has truly continued to rise to the occasion is Josh Hart.
While Hart took a bit of a backseat in the rebounding department during the regular season, he has returned to being an absolute monster on the glass in the postseason. Through the first two games of this series, he has recorded 14 and 13 rebounds, respectively, coming through on 19 rebounding chances in each contest.
The uptick in volume is happening for a few key reasons. Most notably, Mitchell Robinson’s minutes have seen a slight dip in this specific matchup, which naturally opens up extra opportunities for Hart to clean up the boards.
Arguably the craziest part of this run is that Hart has only recorded one offensive rebound in the entire series so far. This means he’s doing all this damage on the defensive end, leaving plenty of room for even more upside if he starts crashing the offensive glass.
Pick: Josh Hart 8+ Rebounds (-150)
Cavaliers vs. Raptors Prop: Donovan Mitchell Three-Pointers
The Cavaliers head into Toronto for Game 3 looking to take a commanding 3-0 lead, and if they’re going to do it, you can bet Donovan Mitchell will be firing from distance. The volume we’re seeing from Mitchell against this Raptors defense is tough to ignore.
Mitchell has had a ton of looks from deep against Toronto this season, averaging 9.8 three-point attempts per game across their four matchups (including the first two games of this series). He’s averaging 3.3 makes in those four games, and the most important part is the consistency—he has taken at least seven attempts in all four of those contests.
Through the first two games of this series, he’s already cashed this line twice, going 4-of-7 in Game 1 and 4-of-10 in Game 2. He is comfortable against the Raptors' defensive scheme, which often funnels action toward the perimeter when they collapse the paint.
In games where Donovan takes at least seven three-point attempts, he has made over 2.5 threes in 45 of 60 games. That’s a 75% hit rate at this line. I'll take Mitchell over 2.5 threes in Game 3 tonight.
