The Pac-12 championship game had plenty on the line for for Oregon and Washington with a spot in the college football playoff for grabs. But the subplot of the matchup between the two quarterbacks was who would come away with the lead in the heisman trophy race.

In the end, neither quarterback leads the heisman trophy odds despite Washington securing a 34-31 win. Entering the game, Bo Nix was in the lead at FanDuel for Heisman odds at -250 with Michael Penix Jr. listed at +2000. After the game, Jayden Daniels is the favorite to win the Heisman trophy, moving from +190 to -1450.

Nix certainly left it all on the field after the Ducks fell behind 20-10 to Huskies in the first half. Nix went 9-for-15 in the second half and threw for 122 yards and two touchdowns after halftime. He finished with three passing TDs, 239 yards through the air, one interception and 69 yards on the ground.
