  • You'll find three of our favorite NFL prop bets for the Philadelphia Eagles at Dallas Cowboys below.
  • That includes picks for Carson Wentz's passing touchdowns over/under and two more for Sunday Night Football..

NFL player prop bets offer tremendous value on the board every week. They receive less action and money than NFL sides and totals, opening up attractive opportunities for bettors.

One of the best resources to help determine which prop bets to wager on is our FantasyLabs Player Props tool.

We leverage the listed prop bets against our player projections from Sean Koerner, the No. 1 in-season fantasy football ranker in three of the past four seasons.

Each prop bet receives a Bet Quality grade between 1 and 10, with 10 being the biggest edge.

My Sunday night prop bets have hit at a 76.5% (13-4) rate this season. Let's take a look at three props offering value for the Sunday Night Football game between the Philadelphia Eagles and Dallas Cowboys.

Since the start of the season, props with a grade of 9 or higher have gone 238-139-7 (62.1% win rate).

Eagles vs. Cowboys Prop Bets

Cowboys TE Jason Witten

THE PICK: Under 37.5 Receiving Yards (-118)
Bet Quality: 9/10

The Cowboys offense should be at full health with the return of offensive linemen Tyron Smith and La'El Collins, along with wide receiver Amari Cooper. This should signal the return of tight end Jason Witten to a more typical target share.

With Cooper leaving last week's game against the Jets in the first half, Witten saw season-highs in targets (seven), receptions (five) and receiving yards (57). In his career with Dak Prescott as the quarterback, Witten has dramatically underwhelmed against the Eagles.

If Dallas was not at full strength on offense, this prop would be a stay-away. But with the return of Cooper and Witten's poor track record against the Eagles, this prop is offering nice value.

I would bet this 9-rated prop down to -125.

Eagles TE Dallas Goedert

THE PICK: Over 20.5 Receiving Yards (-114)
Bet Quality: 9/10

With Philadelphia struggling to find consistent production among its wide receiver group, tight end Dallas Goedert has seen his role gradually increase. His snap share has risen four consecutive weeks to 71.4% against Minnesota.

Against the Vikings, Goedert saw season-highs in targets (eight), receptions (five) and receiving yards (48).

Dallas has allowed the sixth-most receiving yards to opposing tight ends and the fifth-most receptions. With teammate Zach Ertz always drawing defensive attention, Goedert often has a favorable matchup he can exploit.

In a game with the third-highest over/under, look for Goedert to continue his efficiency and crest a relatively-low 20.5 receiving yard prop.

Our FantasyLabs projection of 25.3 yards is 19% above the implied total of 21.4.

Eagles QB Carson Wentz

THE PICK: Over 1.5 Passing Touchdowns (-114)
Bet Quality: 10/10

The only 10-rated prop on Sunday Night Football is on Eagles quarterback Carson Wentz's passing touchdowns.

Wentz has enjoyed success against Dallas, averaging 22.1 fantasy points in five games against the Cowboys. Most importantly, he has averaged two touchdown passes over those five games with only one interception.

The Dallas defense has struggled against the pass, ranking 23rd in pass defense DVOA. Even worse, they will likely be without cornerbacks Byron Jones and Anthony Brown due to injuries. This is a Cowboys defense that just allowed Jets quarterback Sam Darnold to throw for 338 yards and two touchdowns in his first game back.

I will play the percentages and bet on Wentz's historic numbers against a shorthanded and struggling Cowboys defense. I would bet this 10-rated prop up to -125.
