Panthers running back Chuba Hubbard has a lowly receiving yards line of 15.5. It’s a number he’s exceeded only twice in eight games — despite that, I’m taking the over.
First, the data shows us the Panthers are trusting Hubbard more in the passing game. Against the Colts, he was targeted a season-high six times, which resulted in four receptions. He's not necessarily great on the ground, but he’s a capable receiver and that’s all you need to be against the Bears, who have allowed 578 receiving yards to running backs. To put it in context, that’s over 150 more yards than the second-place Chargers have allowed.
It’s an Achilles heel of the Bears defense and the Panthers will be well aware of that, so expect to see Hubbard used more as a pass-catcher than he has been on average this season.

Hurst isn’t a great tight end, but he’s the best one Bryce Young has right now. More importantly, Young seems to trust Hurst — they’ve played seven games together and Hurst has hit the over on this mark five times. Not only that, but Hurst enters TNF coming off a season high of 54 receiving yards.
The Bears present a plus matchup as they've allowed more than 50 yards per game to tight ends this season. Operating as Carolina's clear No. 1 tight end, Hurst has a good opportunity to top this relatively low line.
