Knicks vs. Pistons
This is not necessarily the best matchup for Paul Reed, although it does become a better spot for him if Mitchell Robinson starts for the Knicks, as that will allow him to hang out near the basket for more rebounds.
This also isn't a bad matchup for this combo prop, as the Knicks are a solid matchup for rebounding.
Reed has started four games with Jalen Duren out, and he is averaging 26.5 minutes per game in those games.
Reed will likely start alongside Isaiah Stewart here, and as a result, I project Reed for 28 minutes, 14 points, and 10 rebounds.
Pick: Paul Reed Over 18.5 Points & Rebounds (-125)
Suns vs. Rockets
With Alperen Sengun out for this game, this matchup against the Rockets now sets up as more of a traditional one where Mark Williams should be able to fit in more on the floor, matching up against Steven Adams.
Williams also gets the significant athleticism advantage there, so we could see a few easy buckets for him as well.
I project Williams for 14 points in tonight's matchup against Houston.
Pick: Mark Williams Over 9.5 Points (-110)
Nuggets vs. 76ers
Jamal Murray has been tasked with picking up a lot of slack with Nikola Jokic out along with a couple other key Nuggets players, like Cam Johnson, Aaron Gordon, and Jonas Valanciunas.
As a result, Murray has had some massive usage and playing time.
Murray draws a decent matchup here against a 76ers team tonight that is a plus-matchup for rebounds, and as a result, Murray projects for five rebounds to go along with 29.1 points.
