The Cleveland Cavaliers will put their streak of 12 straight covers on the line on Wednesday night against the Houston Rockets.

The Cavs are an NBA-best 22-5-2 against the spread (ATS) this season. It's by far the best record in the league, with Golden State next at 18-9-1.

Cleveland has done so on account of its elite defense, which is ranked No. 3 in the league, according to adjusted defense.

The Rockets aren't too shabby themselves against the spread. They're tied for sixth in the NBA at 15-11 ATS. But while the market seems to underrate them, the advanced statistics aren't a big fan. Houston is No. 27 in adjusted offense and No. 23 in adjusted defense.

Houston did rip off a seven-game win streak earlier this month, though.
