Excited to see the No. 5 overall pick make his debut tonight. Given where the Giants need help right now, I’m expecting Reece to spend most of his time at off-ball LB initially. New DC Dennard Wilson didn’t blitz much in Tennessee, which is ideal for this market, and in a small preseason sample Reece only rushed the passer on 1 of 10 dropbacks. He looked very good in run support, and I think he’ll be a big part of slowing down Javonte Williams once he gets through the line. Dallas was also a plus matchup for LBs last year, and with the offense looking pretty similar, I’d expect that to carry over. Like most Week 1 props, there’s a wide range of outcomes here, especially with a rookie in a potentially volatile role. But I have Reece closer to 6.4 tackles + assists with around a 60% chance to clear 5.5. I was also considering DeMarvion Overshown over, who has plenty of upside tonight too.
