The Brooklyn Nets proved that their offense can put up huge numbers in the NBA Playoffs, topping 120 points in three of their five games against the Boston Celtics in Round 1. Their 128 Offensive Rating was 5.4 points per 100 possessions higher than the next closest team in the opening round.

Not to be outdone, the Milwaukee Bucks stormed through the first round in their series against the Miami Heat. The Bucks completely neutralized the Heat with their stout defense and held Miami to 95 points per 100 while playing at the second-fastest Pace (100.26).

Entering the Conference Semifinals, the Nets are the favorites to win the title at FanDuel at+165. The two teams behind them are the UtahJazz (+300) and the Bucks (+500). The Nets have 66.67% implied odds ahead of Game 1 with their odds to win in seven games listed at +390.

It's unclear if the Nets will have Jeff Green available for the first game of the series as he tries to rehab a foot injury. The Bucks won't have Donte DiVincenzo who is also dealing with a foot injury.

This series will likely come down to how the stars players perform. And with three former MVP winners in this series, the matchup has the feel of a Conference Finals (or NBA Finals) matchup instead of a Round 2 series.
